L’azienda agricola Colle S. Giorgio si trova a 535 metri s.l.m. e gode di uno stupendo panorama dal Gran Sasso al mare. I 30 ettari di terreno sono coltivati, rigorosamente, con metodi biologici. Si allevano bovini allo stato brado e animali da cortile. Il luogo è ideale per organizzare escursioni al mare o in montagna (entrambi distanti 25 Km). Sono disponibili sei camere doppie (ricavate dalla recente ristrutturazione di un vecchio casale in pietra di fine 800) di cui una attrezzata per i portatori di handicap, tutte con tv e servizi privati. In una sala del vecchio casale oltre ad ammirare un grande frantoio centenario, è in allestimento una piccola esposizione di oggetti di uso quotidiano delle antiche tradizioni contadine. Nell’accogliente sala ristoro, gli ospiti potranno gustare la colazione a base di marmellate e miele di produzione propria, biscotti e dolci tradizionali e tutte le ricette della tipica cucina abruzzese. Lingue parlate: tedesco e inglese. Aperto tutto l’anno.

The farm “Colle San Giorgio” is located at 535 mtr. above sealevel and offers a wonderful view from the Grans Sasso to the sea. The 30 hectares of land are cultivated strictly organic. We also keep cows and courtyardanimals like chikens, ducks and goats. The place is ideal for organising trips into the mountains or to the sea (both distant ± 25 Km). We offer you six double rooms (obtained by the recent renovation of an old farmhouse from the 800). One room is equipped for the disabled. All rooms have Tv and private services. Behind the old farmhouse you can admire a centuries-old millstone; in progress a small exhibiti on of objects of daily use of ancient traditions. In our cosy dining-room, guests can enjoy breakfast with homemade jams and local honey, biscuits and cakes and all the typical dishes of the traditional kitchen Abruzzese.

Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb Colle S. Giorgio liegt 535 m über dem Meeresspiegel und geniesst einer herrlichen Aussicht vom Gran Sassa bis hin zum Meer. 30 ha Land sind streng biologisch koltiviert. Kühe und Kleintiere werden freilebend aufgezogen. Die Gegend ist ideal um Ausflüge am Meer oder in den Bergen zu organisieren ( zu beiden ca. 30 Min.). Zur Verfügung stehen 6 Doppelzimmer ( in einem vor kurzen renovierten alten Steinbauhof aus der Zeit Ende 800 ), davon ein Zimmer für Personen mit Handikap, alle ausgestattet mit TV und privatem Bad. In einem Saal des alten Hofes ist eine hundert Jahre alte Ölpresse und eine kleine Ausstellung von Gegenständen des täglichen Gebrauchs aus antiken Bauerntraditionen zu besichtigen. Im gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum können die Gäste das Frühstück geniessen, das aus selbst hergestellten Marmeladen und Honig, Keksen und traditionellen Kuchen und allen typischen Gerichten der Abruzzen besteht. Man spricht deutsch und englisch und ist das ganze Jahr über geöffnet.
