Da un lato si affaccia sul Mare Adriatico e dall’altro sulla catena montuosa degli Appennini. La villa si estende su 2 ettari di terreno, coltivati principalmente a ulivi secolari. Intorno alla casa si trovano numerose piante e fiori, che conferiscono al giardino non solo un aspetto mediterraneo, ma anche un tocco tropicale.

Located in the rolling hills of Abruzzo, Villa Ferranti offers fantastic 360 degree views all around. On one side is the Adriatic Sea and on the other the mountain range of the Apennines. The villa has 2 hectares of land and mainly olive trees that are many hundreds of years old. Around the house you will find a lot of plants and flowers, giving the garden not only a Mediterranean appearance, but even a bit of a tropical look.

Die Villa Ferranti liegt in den sanften Hügeln der Abruzzen und bietet einen fantastischen 360-Grad-Panoramablick in alle Richtungen. Auf der einen Seite liegt die Adria, auf der anderen die Bergkette des Apennins. Die Villa verfügt über ein 2 Hektar großes Grundstück, auf dem vor allem Olivenbäume stehen, die viele hundert Jahre alt sind. Rund um das Haus finden sich zahlreiche Pflanzen und Blumen, die dem Garten nicht nur ein mediterranes, sondern sogar ein leicht tropisches Flair verleihen.
